We deliver to the following destinations:

• European Union and Switzerland: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
• Rest of Europe: United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Jersey, Serbia.
• Asia and Canada: Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Cambodia, Canada.
• United States.
• Oceania and South Africa: Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping is a flat rate per order, regardless of quantity, and becomes free above a threshold:

• European Union and Switzerland: €35, free over €500. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
• Rest of Europe: €45, free over €700. Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days.
• Asia and Canada: €90, free over €1,500. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.
• United States: €105, free over €2,000. Estimated delivery: around 21 business days.
• Oceania and South Africa: €150, free over €2,500. Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days.

Duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices are shown excluding VAT. For the United States, import duties and taxes are included in our prices; there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For all other non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes are not included and are payable on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Restrictions

The selection available in your country may differ. Certain products may be unavailable in some destinations due to producer or regulatory restrictions; where applicable, this is indicated before payment.
