How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of €35, no matter how many bottles you order. Orders over €500 ship for free. This covers professional packaging, insurance, and tracked delivery across Europe.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Do you ship during hot weather?
We monitor weather conditions closely. During periods of extreme heat, we may briefly delay shipments to protect your wines. If this affects your order, we will notify you by email.
Do you ship to Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, or the UK?
Montenegro and Serbia are coming soon. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates as we expand our delivery network.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order required. Whether it's a single bottle or a full case, we ship it with the same care and attention.
