Weingut Maria & Sepp Muster farms vineyards around Leutschach an der Weinstraße, in southern Styria near the Koralpe range. The estate has been a member of Demeter, the international biodynamic farming association, since 2003. One of its wine lines is named Graf, the estate's own historic farm name. The bottle labels carry artwork by the artist Beppo Pliem, a friend of the family, who created the image and the words "More and more of less and less" shortly before his death.

The vineyards grow on a limestone marl the family calls Opok, found in a bluer, clay-rich form and a browner, sandier one. Vines are trained on a single wire, a method inspired by how vines originally grew up trees with their shoots hanging free, using chestnut-wood posts with the wire set at about 1.80 metres. Biodynamic preparations and herbal, mineral and animal teas are used to support the vines through the season. In the cellar, grapes are handled gently, fermentation starts on its own without added yeast, wood vessels are favoured over other materials, and the wines age for a long time in barrel before bottling.

At Dynamic Cellars, the range from Weingut Maria & Sepp Muster includes three vintages of Erde (2019, 2020 and 2021), the estate's skin-contact blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Morillon, alongside Graf Morillon and Graf Sauvignon, both from 2020.
