The domaine works thirteen hectares around its home village of Meursault and in Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Pommard and Volnay. The vineyard has been certified organic from the 2020 vintage and has been in conversion to Demeter biodynamics since 2021. As its name says, it is a father-and-son estate.

In the cellar the Pinot Noir is sorted by hand and vatted as whole bunches, without destemming, then ferments on the cellar's own yeasts with no sulphite added. The Chardonnay and the Aligoté go into barrel with their fine lees and age twelve to twenty months in 228-litre casks, without racking or bâtonnage.

The range here follows the villages: Meursault premier cru Charmes and the lieu-dit Sous la Velle, Monthélie Les Toisières, Pommard Clos des Roses, Volnay premier cru Santenots, and Bourgognes from named plots, Les Grandes Gouttes, Les Lameroses and a Passe-tout-grains Les Vercherres.
