The first written record of vines at Les Bosquets dates to 1376, and the current farmhouse was built in 1644 by Jean de Rivière. The Chauvet family, ancestors of Julien Bréchet's grandmother Juliette, settled there in 1674. In 1861 Eugène Raspail planted the estate's high altitude terraces. Gabriel Meffre bought the estate back into the family in 1961 and planted most of the vines that remain today, and after his death in 1987 his daughter Sylvette and son Laurent expanded the property, building an on-site cellar in 1995.

The twenty six hectares of Gigondas are split into named plots such as La Colline, Le Plateau and Les Roches, on soils ranging from limestone marl at altitude to sand on the mid-slopes and alluvial deposits lower down. Grenache accounts for around seventy percent of the vineyard, alongside Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, with an average vine age of over fifty years and yields kept to around fifteen to eighteen hectolitres per hectare. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2021 and is farmed along biodynamic lines, with chemical inputs replaced by sulfur and copper treatments and the soil worked by hand under the row. Harvest is manual with sorting done in the vineyard, and each named plot is vinified separately with native yeast.

At Dynamic Cellars, the Bosquets range includes the plot selections La Colline, Le Lieu Dit, Le Plateau, Le Regard Loin and Les Roches. These are single estate Gigondas wines from the Rhône Valley, farmed organically and along biodynamic lines.
