Domaine Les Pieds sur Terre is Valentin Morel's 7.5-hectare organic and biodynamic estate in Poligny, in the Jura. Every wine ferments on its own indigenous yeast, with whole-bunch maceration for Trousseau and Pinot Noir and two to four years in barrel for the whites.
In our care
Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
