Refund policy

 

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within **14 days** without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Return Procedure

**You must contact us BEFORE returning any products.**

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at **contact@dynamiccellars.com** within 14 days of receipt

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. We will review your request and provide:

   - Return authorization

   - Return address

   - Specific return instructions

   - Return reference number

**Do not ship any products back to us without prior authorization.** Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

### Return Conditions

Once your return is authorized:

- **Return shipping costs are at your expense**

- Use a trackable shipping service with adequate insurance coverage

- Securely pack bottles in their original packaging

- Ensure bottles remain unopened and labels intact

- Include the return reference number in your package

- Provide us with the tracking number once shipped

We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our warehouse.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exception: En Primeur Wines

**The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to en primeur wine purchases** (wine futures). Pursuant to Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
