Producer signature
Just over 16 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin, on brown, rocky, well-drained soils. Must presses straight into oak from the Tronçais and Allier forests, where the wines ferment and age on their lees for at least a year before bottling.
