Producer signature
Gevrey-Chambertin estate where six Grand Crus make up about 46% of the eleven-hectare vineyard. New oak is scaled to each wine's rank, from 80% for Grand Cru to 20% for village, and wines age about 18 months before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
