Producer signature
Domaine de l'Arlot, in Prémeaux-Prissey, picks grapes by hand and sorts them twice, in the vineyard and again on arrival. Its reds go to barrel only after fermentation ends, while its whites go to barrel before fermentation begins, with malolactic taking place during aging.
