Champagne R.Pouillon et Fils farms organically and biodynamically around Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Since the 2019 vintage, every wine has been made without any sugar added at any stage, from chaptalization to dosage, relying only on the sugar naturally present in the grapes.

Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
