A Mareuil-sur-Aÿ house whose Champagnes, made only from the first pressing, centre on Pinot Noir from the south-facing slopes of the Grande Vallée de la Marne. Since 1946 its non-vintage blends have drawn on a perpetual reserve, aged in wood and renewed every year.
