Producer signature
Claire Naudin, in charge of the family domaine at Magny-lès-Villers since 1994, ferments many of her reds as whole bunches without sulphur, adding only a little afterwards. In her view this spares the wine the harshness stems can bring, leaving a floral perfume instead.
