Chambolle-Musigny Les Bussieres 2022

Domaine Hubert Lignier is a family estate based in Morey-Saint-Denis, run by Laurent Lignier since 2006, with eleven hectares mostly in the Côte de Nuits. The vineyard is largely old vines from massal selection, the oldest planted in 1936, worked without herbicide or insecticide since the 1990s and certified organic since 2019. Harvest is by hand and a share of whole bunches is kept; the wines age about twenty months in oak with 20 to 30 percent new barrels, then are bottled by gravity without fining or filtration.
