Producer signature
Émilien Feneuil farms in the Montagne de Reims using organic and biodynamic methods, with fruit trees left growing among the vines as agroforestry. The Champagnes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts and only minimal added sulfur.

Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
