Producer signature
The estate Hirotake Ooka created between Cornas and Saint-Péray, where he made natural wines with wild yeasts, often no added sulphur and no fining or filtration. When he returned to Japan, Jonathan Jacquart took over, farming biodynamically and ageing whole-bunch wines in old barrels.

Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
