Producer signature
A walled 7.5-hectare grand cru monopole in Morey-Saint-Denis, founded by Cistercian nuns in 1141 and never divided since. Unlike most of the Côte d'Or, its rows run across the slope to hold the soil, so most of the work is done by hand.
