Producer signature
Christophe Roumier's own label for his share of two Gevrey-Chambertin grand crus worked under sharecropping contracts, Ruchottes-Chambertin and Charmes-Chambertin Aux Mazoyères, made at Domaine Georges Roumier in Chambolle-Musigny. Partly destemmed, fermented on native yeasts, aged mostly in used barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
