Producer signature
Sauvignon Blanc released without the Pouilly-Fumé appellation, from her own small vineyard at Tracy-sur-Loire, separate from her husband Alexandre Bain's. The grapes are picked by hand when ripe and fermented with native yeasts, and the wine ages at length in tank, then in bottle.

Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
