Producer signature
A Chassagne-Montrachet estate farmed biodynamically and certified organic since 2019. Whites are whole-bunch pressed, fermented in barrel and kept 18 months on their lees, ten of them in oak, with little stirring.
In our care
Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
