Producer signature
Vosne-Romanée estate whose vines run from the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits down to Burgundy's grand cru slopes. The Pinots are fully destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled steel vats for ten to twenty days, then moved to barrel by gravity and aged fourteen months before bottling.
