Producer signature
A small Chorey-lès-Beaune house that adds grapes bought from like-minded growers to its own vines, farmed organically with biodynamic methods. Reds usually ferment as whole bunches on native yeasts, without added sulphur and with few punch-downs, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
In our care
Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
