Producer signature
Faugères estate on iron-rich schist, with vine roots reaching nine metres deep and vines grown unstaked in gobelet, sprayed once a year against mildew. Grapes are macerated as whole clusters for a month, fermented with native yeasts and aged two years in barrel or concrete, bottled with little added sulfur.
In our care
Held in our own temperature-controlled cellar and photographed on site by our team. Every image is our own, a faithful picture of the bottles in our cellar. Each order is packed with care.
