Producer signature
Champagne from Écueil, a premier cru village of the Montagne de Reims, planted mainly to Pinot Noir and farmed to prevent vine disease rather than treat it. Most cuvées ferment in stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation left to happen naturally rather than forced or blocked.
