Domaine Rougeot Père et Fils is a family estate of thirteen hectares based in Meursault, with vines in Meursault, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Pommard and Volnay. The vineyard has been certified organic from the 2020 vintage and in conversion to Demeter biodynamics since 2021. Pinot Noir is sorted by hand and vatted as whole bunches, then fermented on the cellar's own yeasts without sulphites; Chardonnay and Aligoté ferment in barrel with their fine lees and age twelve to twenty months in 228-litre casks, without racking or bâtonnage.
