Château des Tours, at Sarrians in the southern Rhône, is one of the four labels of Emmanuel Reynaud, with Château Rayas in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Château de Fonsalette in the Côtes du Rhône and Domaine des Tours for the Vaucluse wines. His family has made wine at Rayas since 1880; Emmanuel Reynaud has run Château des Tours since 1989 and Rayas and Fonsalette since 1997. All four follow one method: no new oak, and bottling without fining or filtration.
