Producer signature
A growers' cooperative in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, with its cellars cut into the soft tuffeau limestone. Its members' parcels have been mapped by soil and ripening time since 1991, and its single-site wines come from selected plots with controlled yields, vinified apart.
