Producer signature
Cabernet Franc from Benais, in Bourgueil, certified organic since 2000. The grapes are fully destemmed and fermented with native yeasts, and the barrel-aged wines spend 12 to 24 months in caves cut into the tuffeau before bottling without filtration.
