Serragghia is a small wine estate on Pantelleria, a volcanic island about 100 kilometres southwest of Sicily and closer to the coast of Africa than to mainland Italy. It is run by Gabrio Bini together with Geneviève and Giotto Bini.

The vines are old and grow on small terraced plots on the island's volcanic soils. Gabrio Bini farms them organically, applying some biodynamic principles. Ploughing is done with a horse, yields are kept low, and the grapes are picked and destemmed by hand. Fermentation and ageing take place slowly in clay amphorae, some of which date back to the 17th century. The wines are bottled unfiltered and without any additions, including without added sulfites. The estate also grows capers, prepared with fleur de sel de Guérande, and fragrant oregano on the same land.
