Domaine Marc Colin et Fils was established in Saint-Aubin in the 1970s. The estate remained centered on this village, at the southern end of the Côte de Beaune, while extending into the neighboring communes of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay. It is now run by siblings Caroline and Damien Colin.

The domaine covers 11.5 hectares, of which 10.5 are planted to white grape varieties, chiefly Chardonnay. Production spans 24 appellations, from Bourgogne Aligoté to Montrachet Grand Cru, including ten premier cru Saint-Aubins. Grapes are picked by hand and the wines are aged in oak barrels. Vineyard work follows a reasoned approach that limits chemical treatments and favors soil health.

At Dynamic Cellars, the range from Domaine Marc Colin et Fils centers on white Burgundy from the top of the appellation hierarchy: Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets 2002, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vide-Bourses 2005, and two grand crus, Bâtard-Montrachet 2009 and Montrachet 2004. These bottles come from a single family estate spanning Chassagne-Montrachet and Montrachet, alongside other Burgundy wines and white wines in our selection.
